How Chain-Verse collects, uses, protects, and discloses your data within our ecosystem.

1. Data Collection

Chain-Verse builds decentralized and centralized healthcare software systems. Depending on the product in use (HealthVerse vs. EHR), our data collection mechanisms differ.

  • Identity Data: Username, email addresses, OAuth identification tokens, and Web3 wallet addresses
  • Clinical Data: Patient health records, in-basket messages, consultation histories, demographics, and clinical notes
  • Usage Data: Device information, connection telemetry, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to improve product stability

2. Protected Health Information (PHI) & HIPAA

The Chain-Verse EHR is constructed around the principles of HIPAA and GDPR. When providers utilize our platforms to store or transmit PHI, Chain-Verse operates strictly as a Business Associate for institutional deployments.

3. Decentralized Identity (Web3)

HealthVerse incorporates Web3 identity such as wallet authentication and subscription access. We actively separate on-chain pseudo-identifiers from off-chain personally identifiable information to prevent inadvertent doxxing or data leakage.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Chain-Verse will explicitly never sell your data to third parties or data brokers. We share necessary infrastructure data only with essential subprocessors under confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention & Deletion Strategy

Subject to institutional regulatory requirements, users can assert their right to be forgotten for community data. We will delete messaging histories and PII upon verified request, though blockchain transaction histories remain immutable by design.
