1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any products, platforms, or services provided by Chain-Verse, including HealthVerse and the Chain-Verse EHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enterprise Governance and IP

All Chain-Verse software, architecture, intellectual property, documentation, source code, and assets are strictly proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or sub-licensing is prohibited unless explicitly stated under a specific license agreement.

3. Data Integrity & Compliance

Chain-Verse operates highly sensitive health infrastructure. While we provide the technology and architecture to maintain HIPAA and GDPR compliance, the ultimate responsibility for data entry accuracy, clinical decision-making, and compliance with local healthcare laws lies with the healthcare provider or institutional user.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chain-Verse shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

5. Modification of Services

Chain-Verse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, API endpoint, or service at any time without prior notice.
